Contest Rules

Contestants must leave their comment about Dr. Vakani on the Facebook post referencing “Super Bowl Quarterbacks VS Dr. Vakani” in order to enter into contest by 11:59pm on February 2, 2014. A random winner will be picked from those who left a comment on the post. The winner will receive an authentic NFL jersey of their choice, to be picked up at Vakani Orthodontics offices in either Stuart or Fort Pierce, FL. The winner will be announced on Vakani Orthodontics’ Facebook page on Monday February 3, 2014. Once a winner is announced, they will have 3 days to claim their prize. In order to claim the prize, the winner must send a confirmation email via contact form and provide their desired NFL team of choice for jersey, size of jersey, and best contact method (ie. email address, phone number). Once the Jersey arrives at Vakani Orthodontics, the winner will be notified via their provided contact info to pick up their prize at Vakani Orthodontics. If the winner does not claim their prize within 3 days of announcement, we will randomly pick another winner.
